We currently take no expenses as we wish all the monies raised to go directly to helping our dogs.  As 99% of the numbers left are mobile numbers, we are now asking that the first point of contact is made by e-mail or if it is necessary you can text us, e-mails will be answered within 48hrs (normally within 24hrs).  If you phone please leave a brief message with your name and number, we will get back to you as soon as we can.   Please be aware that Lisa cannot take calls whilst at work so if phoning we would be grateful if you would try the RuffLuck Rescue number first.
 

For the sanity of our families we would be grateful if phonecalls can be limited to between 8am - 8pm Mon - Fri,  9am - 8pm Sat & 10am - 3pm on Sundays.
