Elvis - 12mths Old - Collie x GSD - collie sized - Castrated, Chipped -  In Foster Home

Elvis is a very friendly chap, he is fantastic with other dogs and horses, now with a few days work from his fosterer he is good on the lead and loves to be out and about, he knows sit and paw and likes a fuss  Elvis would make a great agility, flyball, canni cross dog he runs next to a bike with no issues, he is housetrained and cratetrained.   Elvis is just a big puppy who is going to make a fab pet - we would only rehome with children over 8yrs due to his puppylike exuberance.

Norman is a very wriggly friendly boy, fab with other dogs, fine with children, would be ok wilth a bossy cat, Norman would make a great family pet. He is a big pup at heart and loves to play with other dogs. Please get in contact if you can offer this lad a forever home.

Harry & Bertie 7yrs old -  Castrated and Chipped - In Foster Home

These two beautiful lads have been very much loved and sadly find themselves in need of a new home due to their Mums serious illness. Many tears have been shed over these boys and their Mums heart has been broken having to let them go. They are both very friendly and loving and we want to find them a home together.

They both have wonderful temperatments and are just gorgeous!!

Jessie - 2yr old - small tri collie - Spayed & Chipped - In Kennels Foster Home Needed

Jessie is a sweet little girl, she loves a fuss, she is good with other dogs, travels well, good on the lead, knows basic commands and we believe she has done a little agility, needs a calm  but active home that appreciates a collie.

Harry - GSP - German Shorthaired Pointer (Black/White) - 11yrs Old - Castrated - In a Foster Home

Harry is quite a laid back boy, He good with other dogs and has trotted off to a foster home with 3 other dogs, he is fairly strong on the lead, but hasn't been walked much on one. He would probably chase a cat if they ran. Harry is a lovely dog who would love a retirement home of his own.

Percy - GSP - German Shorthaired Pointer (Black/White) - In Kennels Foster Home Needed

Percy is a very scared boy in kennels at the minute, he will need a patient home that can give him the time to settle in and come out of his shell and learn to walk on a lead - if anyone with another dog has the patience to do everything slowly with Percy we would be really grateful - he will walk on a lead now and likes to potter round at kennels but just needs someone to give him some TLC and a few cuddles that he loves

Dexter - German Shorthaired Pointer (Liver/white) - 5yrs Old - In Kennels Foster Home Needed

Dexter needs a patient home as he is a bit worried in kennels at the moment and he needs to be taught how to enjoy walking on a lead, although this last week has seen huge improvements, He is great  with other dogs and seems fine with children, we have been told good with cats but may chase a cat if the cat runs, Dexter has put on some weight and loves a fuss he actually would like to be a lap dog!!

Emma - Springer Spaniel - 10yrs Old - In a Foster Home

Emma is a very friendly girl, she is good with other dogs, is good in the home and housetrained. Emma loves a fuss and cuddles, she is good on the lead and travels well. Emma would suit a home with another dog, Emma is child friendly and would like a home where she would get plenty of walks.

Indie has come out of her shell alot now  she is quite happy to be stroked and loves the fuss, she is behaving more and more like a pup and enjoying life again, she loves other dogs and she needs to be homed with another dog, - Indie is fine with cats, children she is crate trained and housetrained,  Indie has touched everyone who has met her so far and I really hope we can get this girl setttled in a  forever home as soon as possible - Indie is in foster with a GSDx and a Rottie, several cats and three children, she needs someone who isn't going to leave her for long periods, she can now be walked on a harness.

Roxie - 8yrs Old - X Breed - Chipped and Spayed - In a Foster Home

This is Roxie - she is about 8yrs old, an absolute darling great with other dogs (in foster with 4 others), likes a fuss and good on the lead, seems housetrained,  she has been in a pound at least half of her life so we have taken her on to help her find her forever home - she is calm and travels well - Roxie is an absolute sweetheart, she is about Lab size.
 

Taylor - 11yr old - X Breed - Chipped & Castrated - In a Foster Home

This is Taylor as we have now called him - we have been told 11yrs old we think younger - he is absolutely fab - really loves a fuss, gives great kisses, is ace with other dogs (in foster with 4 others), calm and good on the lead, he travels well the same as Roxie he has been in a pound for at least half his life please can someone offer Taylor a loving  forever home.

Seth is a lovely boy, a sweet young man, he would love a nice warm fire for the winter, he is good on the lead and travels well, he also seems fine with cats and will be ok to go with calm other dogs, he is housetrained and cratetrained - he loves a fuss and is learning some basic commands.

He loves his cuddles and is a very affectionate boy and loves to be with you as much as possible as he can be a little anxious when left alone. He is happy to go in his crate if left alone as he feels safe in there.

Samson - 3yr Old - Newfoundland - Castrated -  In Kennels Foster Home Needed going to new home on Sat

Samson is a friendly boy, loves a good fuss. Samson is classed as a giant breed. Newfie's require regular exercise and a good grooming routine to keep their coats managable. They love to swim so newfoundland water training would be beneficial. They have come from a loving home. 

Billy - 12mth old - X Breed - In a Foster Home

Billy is a friendly boy, not bad on the lead, he is housetrained, loves a fuss, well behaved, can be left, likes to play with toys and is being a very good boy in his foster home.

Vera - 10mth Old - X Breed - In a Foster Home - Going to new home on Wednesday

Vera is a very friendly girl, loves to give kisses, great with other dogs, fine with children, Vera would make a great family pet.

Arthur - 4yr Old - X Breed - In a Foster Home

Arthur is a very friendly boy, he seems fine with other dogs prefers the ladies!!! fine with children and ignored the cats.   Arthur would make a loving family pet, he soon settles down on the lead and loves his walks and exploring, his fosterer says he has a good recall, knows lots of commands and he is  a very calm and easy dog to live with.

 Blue - 14mth old (Blue Merle with Tan patch over eye) Collie boy - In Foster Home

Blue is a lovely friendly boy, housetrained, good with children, ok with other dogs need further socialisation as will bark at them sometimes but this could just be a lead thing, he loves to play with a ball and can be distracted with one, he knows sit and down and obeys immediately, he has a good recall, Blue would love an active home preferably one where he would get to use his brain - flyball, agility, working trials would be right up his street.

Jack - 3yrs old -  Black/White Collie - Castrated, Chipped - In Kennels Foster Home Needed

Jack is a lovely boy likes to have a fuss, not bad on the lead, housetrained, he is ok with other dogs but not very small dogs or cats, he would prefer to be an only dog in the home, he likes his toys and chews maybe a bit too much but some hold and leave training would sort this, Jack loves playing with a tennis ball and would make a great flyball dog.

Susie - 2yrs - Tri Smooth Collie  - Spayed, Chipped - In Kennels Foster Home Needed

Susie is a very people friendly girl, she hasn't had the best of starts. Susie hasn't spent much time in a home so would need very patient people to introduce her to the delights of the indoors, she seems ok with cats and would probably be ok to live with one other dog bigger than her, she knows basic commands and would be happy in a kennel and run in the day.  Susie would make a good agility or working trials dog in the right hands.

Moss is a lovely boy, who is looking for an active home, Moss would make a fab agility / obedience dog,  he is not bad on the lead, housetrained and travels well, he is good with cats and horses and is ok with dogs outside the home but would prefer to be the only dog in it.   Moss's ideal home would be one where he can spend time pottering about outside, he loves people, loves a fuss and gives amazing kisses, Moss loves going in the car so if anyone travels about Moss would love to travel with you.

Izzie is an ultra friendly girl, she has lived with other dogs but at the moment she is being selective as to which dogs she likes, she is good with children. Izzy enjoys her walks and is good on the lead, she is housetrained and travels well, she loves meeting new people, loves a fuss and in return she gives lots of kisses. Izzy has come in purely due to a change in her owners circumstances.

Daisy is a lovable friendly GSDx, she is great with other dogs - she would prefer to be homed with another dog -  children and cats. Daisy is housetrained and walks well on the lead, she is looking for a family who can give her the love and training she deserves.

Daisy is coming back to Ruff Luck through no fault of her own.

Riley - 8mth old - Collie x - ON HOMETRIAL

Riley is a very friendly boy, he is great with other dogs, big and small, he is fine with cats and good with children.  Riley needs a bit of lead training as he hasn't been on it much, Riley has come in purely because a change in work meant he was being left 12hrs a day and his owners didn't feel this was fair, Riley would love to do something with his brain such as flyball, agility, obedience, working trials, he would love it, Riley is in foster with 4 other dogs, cats and horses.

Misha is a friendly girl who needs a home who is used to giant breeds. Newfie's require regular exercise and a good grooming routine to keep their coats managable. They love to swim so newfoundland water training would be beneficial. They have come from a loving home. Misha and Samson can be rehomed together or seperately, ideally if they go seperately, they go to a home as the only dog so they can get the time and commitment they deserve.

Buster - Boxer - 6yrs old

Buster is deaf but don't let that put you off, his foster parents use the words wonderful, good boy, loving boy & clever boy a LOT! He very much enjoys a cuddle and a kiss with his foster mum and dad and you will find lots of pic's of him chilling out and having a good roll around in typical boxer fashion. He loves sun bathing and cuddling up to the other dogs on his bed. Buster is dog friendly.

Meg - 3yr old - Collie

Meg is a typical Working Collie that needs to be kept active and use her brain. Meg is good with cats and would need to live with teenage children. Meg is wary of other dogs and needs socialisation with calmer dogs. Meg travels well, knows basic commands and needs further lead training. Meg definately needs to go to a home that has had experience with Working Collies.

Jack - 14mth old - Collie X

Jack is a lovely lad. He is very good with other dogs and he travels well. Jack is a very sensitive lad. He wants someone to look after him, however he can have quite a strong protective instinct if he doesn't feel that his person is capable, so whoever takes him on has to be prepared for that. If he doesn't see you as a shepherd - you become a sheep and need looking after - and that isn't a job that Jack really wants to take on.
